The School started with four Certificate courses of three months each. These courses begin with an assessment of their knowledge on their rights and needs, leadership training, skill training as per choice, accountancy and management of books, and entrepreneurship management.  Four courses have been conducted with forty women trained per course. The entrepreneurship development included computer training including use of internet, video documentary making. Apart from this other skills imparted include henna application, mat making, weaving and rural skills. The four courses have been conducted in Chhattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal and Odisha.
